OHPASTM Linker
(Ortho-Hydroxy Protected Aryl Sulfate)
IntoCell has developed a novel self-immolative group (SIG), dubbed OHPASTM (Ortho-Hydroxy Protected Aryl Sulfate). OHPASTM has a highly flexible cleavage chemistry that works effectively with a wide variety of phenolic and non-phenolic payloads. It is also designed to incorporate a wide variety of functional groups for linking targeting moieties, as well as with a range of differing triggering groups.

IntoCell possesses an OHPASTM Linker-toxin Library covering a variety of toxins with different mechanisms of action. It is an optimized linker-toxin library for fast delivery of a pre-clinical candidate in novel ADC programs.
